Solution 1. For laptop users:

Well, this is very simple one so kind of it is suggested to try out first. So here we go.

First unplug your laptop from its charging/power source and detach the battery.

Wait for some while about few minutes and then attach the battery and then restart your computer.

Hopefully, it will work.

Solution 2. For both laptop and desktop users:

This method is for a little bit tech-savvy persons, so think before you proceed.

Some reason for this Windows 10/8.1/8/7 Black Screen is the GPU problem mainly for AMD GPU users.

When you are at the Windows Black Screen, press and hold the power button until the system powers off i.e. force shut down.

With the system off, press and hold the Shift and the F8 key and press and release the power button (don’t leave the Shift and the F8 key).

The system will boot and will show to brand logo i.e. Samsung or etc. At this time release the Shift and F8 keys.

This will lead to the Recovery Screen. If again blank screen appears, repeat the above procedure many times.

From the Recovery Screen, click on See advanced repair options.

Click Troubleshoot -> Advanced options -> Startup Settings -> Restart.

The System will Restart now, Make sure you select Safe Mode.

Log in to safe mode and open the Start Screen.

Open device manager, to do that type “devmgmt.msc” in the search bar.

Click Display adapters to expand its categories.

Right-click on the AMD Radeon HD device or the graphics drivers you have and uninstall it.

Restart the System, the system will boot normally to windows.

Login and make sure your internet connection is working and then run windows update and install all available updates.
